How to apply ?

Admission process, rules and regulations

REGISTRATION

  1. Admission form given along with the prospectus must be filled in and submitted only at the P.R.O. office within the specified dates/time.
  2. Registration does not ensure admission, which is subject to availability of seats and merit of the applicant.
  3. Registration fee is non refundable.

ADMISSION FOR CLASSES NURSERY AND PREP:

  1. As per the directorate of education India & a circular issued by CBSE board the age criteria for admission in class NURSERY is: Completion of 3 years as on 31st March of that year in which admission is being sought. We will also consider children who will complete 3 years by 30th June.
  2. Interaction with the parents is held at the time of registration.
  3. Children are observed while interaction, playing with blocks, puzzles, games etc.

ADMISSION FOR CLASSES I TO V:

  1. An informal screening is done in the form of verbal communication at the time of registration.
  2. New admission takes place only against a T.C.
  3. A proper merit list is prepared and admission is granted in order of merit, going by the sequence.
  4. Interviews of parents are held at the time of registration.

ADMISSION FOR CLASSES VI TO X:

  1. An informal screening is done in the form of an assessment in English, Science and Mathematics so that fairness in the admission procedure is ensured. Syllabus for the same is provided at the time of registration.
  2. New admission is granted purely based on merit against a T.C.
  3. A proper merit list is prepared and admission is granted in order of merit, going by the sequence.
  4. No admission is granted in class X as per CBSE Bye-laws. Only a government servant on transfer can seek admission in these classes. The Transfer Order of the father is supposed to be attached.

THE PRINCIPAL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADMIT OR REJECT ANY STUDENT.

At the time of admission, the following documents are to be submitted to the School Office.

  1. Two passport size (recent) photograph.
  2. Original Transfer Certificate, counter signed by CBSE Regional officer (once the admission is confirmed).
  3. Copy of Birth Certificate by Municipal Board.
  4. Copy of mark sheet / report card of the previous class.
  5. Copy of the registration card of class IX given by the CBSE Board for admission to class X.
  6. Copy of the Transfer Order for direct admission to classes – X or XII.
  7. Copy of Serving Certificate in case of defence personnel.

CURRICULUM The school follows the CBSE pattern. The medium of instruction is English. The school academic session is from April to March. No student shall be eligible to take the examination (Home & Board) unless she completes 75(percent) of attendance up to 31st January.

WITHDRAWL POLICY OF A STUDENT :

  1. The parent applies in writing for a Transfer Certificate.
  2. The T.C. application is forwarded to the principal by the P.A. for further directions
  3. The Principal gives direction to the office to initiate the procedure.
  4. The office checks all the vital documents that were required to be submitted at the time of admission and calculates the number of days the student has attended classes.
  5. If any document is found lacking, the office reminds the parents to do the needful.
  6. A No Dues clearance form is signed by the Principal after various departments have given their ‘No Objection’ .
  7. The dues pending are calculated and refund of cheque of whatever is due as per the fee structure guidelines is generated.

Simultaneously the T.C. is prepared and the parent called. Normally no admission will be granted in class X except where authorized / approved by CBSE.
