Jodhpur's 12th Rajasthan International Folk Festival (Jodhpur Riff) dedicated to folk music and artists began in Mehrangarh fort from Thursday. In a five-day riff organized by Mehrangarh Museum Trust and Jaipur Heritage Foundation, 250 artists from abroad are performing. This elite and ethnic event was inaugurated on Thursday at Veer Durgadas Memorial Park Masuria Hill with a presentation by folk artists.Students of THE SHANTI NIKETAN were given a chance to enjoy the soulful performances and to retune themselves with Rajasthani Folk.

In the program, folk performers performed dances at the beat of Bahurupiya style, Ghoomar, Pabuji ki Phad, Kachchi Ghodi, Chhatar Kotla and Chang with excellent folk dances.It brought back all the lost art of music, dance and drama. Kids were really enchanted by the majestic performances.
